Trade-in Program & Sale 

Terms & Conditions

Participating in the Morning Trade-in Program (“Trade-in Program”) & Sale (“Sale”) is deemed to be an acceptance of terms and conditions herein (these “Terms & Conditions”).

Promoter

• The promoter for the Trade-in Program and Sale is Akronym Pte Ltd of 240 MacPherson Road, #02-02, Singapore 348574 (“Promoter”).

Purchase Period

• The trade-in period commences on 14 April 2025 and ends 4 May 2025 (“Purchase Period”).
• Eligible Customers (see below for eligibility) are to book a timeslot on the website and collect machines within the Purchase Period.

Eligibility and Participation

• Machines eligible for discounted purchase with trade-in program:
• The MORNING Machine
• TANCHEN X MORNING Machine Lite
• The MORNING Mini
• The MORNING Dream Bundle

• Trade-in program is strictly by booking a collection time-slot only (“Eligible Customers”). For change in time-slot after checkout, please reach out to customer care at hello@drinkmorning.com
• Eligible Customers are entitled to 1 trade-in each, throughout the Purchase Period.
• Eligible Customers are required to produce the order confirmation email during collection
• Only Eligible Customers who participate in the Trade-in Program are entitled to the Sale of 15% off capsule purchases in store.
• Discounted prices for machines and capsules are strictly available exclusively at MORNING New Bahru store (46 Kim Yam Rd, #01-13, Singapore 239351)
• The Trade-in Program and Sale is valid only while stocks last and not valid with other offers or promotions. Resale of any items purchased or redeemed from the Trade-in Program and Sale is strictly prohibited. Any dispute shall be determined by Akronym in its sole discretion and all decisions made shall be deemed final and conclusive.
• These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Promoter at its discretion.
• Visiting the Morning website and/or purchasing something from Morning, is deemed to be acceptance of our Terms of Service.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the participation and the conduct of the Trade-in Program and Sale.
