Terms and Conditions for Extended Warranty Service
Overview
The Extended Warranty Service provides customers with an additional one (1) year of warranty coverage for their coffee machine. This service includes complimentary maintenance and replacement benefits as outlined below.
Benefits of the Extended Warranty
Customers who purchase the Extended Warranty Service are entitled to the following benefits:
Two (2) deep cleaning services during the extended warranty period.
One (1) spare parts replacement (excluding external accessories).
One (1) set of a capsule bin, drip tray and water tank, provided upon request.
Warranty Duration and Coverage
If the Extended Warranty Service is purchased together with a new coffee machine, the total warranty period for the machine will be extended to two (2) years from the original purchase date.
If the Extended Warranty Service is purchased separately (ad hoc), it will extend the machine's warranty by one (1) additional year from the date of purchase of the Extended Warranty Service.
Eligibility and Redemption
The Extended Warranty Service is valid only for the MORNING Machine flagship model (MM-730) and must be purchased through the official MORNING website.
To claim the benefits under this Extended Warranty Service, customers must contact MORNING’s customer care and provide the email address used to purchase the Extended Warranty Service.
The Extended Warranty Service can only be purchased once per machine at any given time and cannot be bought twice in the same order.
Exclusions and Limitations
The Extended Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or external factors such as accidents or natural disasters.
The free spare parts replacement does not cover external accessories such as water tanks, drip trays, or capsule bins unless explicitly stated.
This warranty is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.
Claim Process
To schedule a deep cleaning service or request spare parts replacement, customers must reach out to customer care via the official MORNING support channels.
All requests must be verified against the registered purchase details before approval.
Modifications and Termination
MORNING reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Extended Warranty Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via the official MORNING website or email notification.
By purchasing the Extended Warranty Service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
