This exceptional coffee is crafted by the dedicated Restrepo Family in Chinchiná, Caldas. Elmer Restrepo, the farm owner of El Jardin, embarked on his coffee journey nearly 40 years ago, starting with the dry milling process of coffee. His passion for this aspect of the coffee cycle eventually led him to become a coffee grower. Taking the reins now is Elmer's son, Juan Felipe, who oversees the processes at El Jardin. He's known for his meticulous nature and an unending quest for new, innovative, and unique coffee processing methods, which are evident in all the coffees produced on their more than 150 hectares of land in Chinchiná.
